Supporting our client Eventful, we work together to anticipate any issues and make plans to mitigate them without delegates experiencing anything other than a great time. Subliminal safety is the key in these projects!

We spend time with the client, having detailed conversations about the locations which are different every time and the itinerary so that we understand the specific activities taking place and can advise and support on safety.

These projects also bring up interesting conversations about accessibility, the responsible provision of alcohol and reasonable expectations of delegates. These annual events are work-based trips combined with a healthy dose of fun so our top priority is to make sure everyone has a safe and enjoyable experience.
