With nearly 30 years operational experience within the events industry and a background in security (starting my career in RAF police), I add value by bringing a wealth of knowledge within safety, touring, venue operation and events management.

Edward Fisher, Event Safety Advisor

I specialise in stadium events, but love working on all types of events! I add value by forming great working relationships with every stakeholder and enabling an effective method of safety support, coordination and guidance through each step of planning and delivery.

Davina Rowe, Project Co-Ordinator

I’m mainly office based and use my organisation skills to support the whole Harrier team. I add value by supporting the team with Health & Safety admin, keeping an eye on project deadlines and providing clients with the information they need.

I’m experienced in a wide range of events and feel fortunate that Harrier works across so many as it gives me the variety I really enjoy in my work. I add value by offering pragmatic solutions that mitigates risks, meets statutory duties and achieve the client’s objectives.

Mental Health & Wellbeing Tutor

Over the years, I’ve dedicated myself to the delivery of Suicide First Aid & Mental Health First Aid training, alongside other mental wellness sessions. During this time, I’ve met some of the most passionate people at Harrier, and their clients within the industry, who share the goal of looking after their team’s mental wellbeing, and promoting equality for all.

Chay Thomas, Event Safety Advisor

After 10+ years in crowd management, I sought a new challenge, moving to Saudi Arabia auditing Health and Safety as part of Vision 2030 before joining Harrier as an Event Controller. This demanding role acts as a liaison between the venue and the Promoter’s Representative and it provides valuable insight into how both operations must align and communicate to deliver an event involving multiple stakeholders with separate priorities.

David Cumberland, Event Safety Advisor

I specialise in all aspects of events safety from conferences and expo’s through to mass participation running events. I’ve been working with Harrier over the last 9 months or so where I have spent time working in Event control, working as the conduit between the production crew and the stadium safety teams. I’ve also spent time working on the ground in a H&S advisory capacity during the break and build for stadium concerts.
